The schematic description was very informative, & how you followed through with highliner. Thanks for the video. You didn't mention that an enlarged prostate can cause sufficient restriction in the urethra that retrograde ejaculation can happen. That was my experience and so when I was told this would likely be a side effect of prostate reduction (turp) surgery I wasn't concernedand went ahead. Sure enough, no change in ejaculation but enormous improvement in urination.

Thank you for the video. I have had severe pain and pressure and thought I had another UTI was given antibiotics and the test which was late, said I actually was clear. Then I had a 😮hemmeroid that bled. I was treated for the hemmeroid but then all the pain and pressure returned. Tomorrow I go back to Urology. Hope I find out what’s going on with me??

If I have diarrhea often I shouldn’t wipe? It gets on the hemorrhoid and irritates it. Doesn’t it need to be clean area? I tried baby wipes but still painful. I will try your suggestions!
